The program is simple. Southern Community provides qualified buyers with a $10,000 cash incentive to be used toward the purchase price of select homes in the area. For homes with a selling price of $417,000 or higher, be sure to ask about our new Southern Community Jumbo Mortgage Loan program available for qualified buyers. This loan is delivered and serviced locally by our experienced mortgage lenders.
